Amazon Payments

As Senior Design Operations Manager for Amazon Payments, I led operations for the Visual Design (VX) team, supporting the delivery of over 2,000 assets across North American credit products. These designs appeared across landing pages, emails, and print campaigns. I optimized workflows, managed agency budgets, implemented new design tools, and provided leadership through strategic presentations to cross-functional partners.

During Prime Day, Prime Big Deal Days, and Holiday events, I coordinated schedules between marketing, agency, and VX teams, collaborating with Worldwide Events. I built and maintained a marketing workback schedule for over 40 stakeholders to align Payments milestones with global event timelines.

I developed and managed a quarterly project pipeline in Asana, aligning product, marketing, and design teams to streamline workflows and optimize resourcing, which reduced planning cycle times by 25%. I led this change management effort end to end, including documentation, testing, and stakeholder training.

I also facilitated sprint and event retrospectives, generating over 40 actionable improvements that increased transparency and accountability across teams.

Additionally, I forecasted and managed a $250K agency budget, collaborated with the agency to develop a QA process that reduced internal review time by 50% and improved overall design delivery efficiency.
