CMA Fan Fest 2018
CMA Fan Fest is a massive annual music festival in Nashville, featuring hundreds of artists performing on more than ten stages across the city. Amazon Music used the event to capture exclusive social media content with participating performers. As a Senior Producer at Amazon, I led the social campaign from initiation through project closeout, overseeing concept development, budget management, stakeholder communications, and vendor and crew coordination. I managed a four-person production team that recorded twenty artists over three days, delivering sixty video and photo assets for Amazon Music’s social channels.
The campaign aimed to boost Amazon Music’s visibility and credibility within the country music space. Content was strategically published on Amazon Music’s social platforms ahead of each artist’s performance and screened on the two main stage LED walls. The campaign averaged 50,000 views per video and achieved over a 70% year-to-date engagement rate across Amazon Music’s social media channels.
