Amazon Military Fellowship
Amazon’s Military Fellowship Program helps service members transition into civilian careers by providing meaningful work experience across the company. As Senior Producer, I led the production of a recruiting video campaign from concept through final delivery. The campaign aimed to raise awareness and drive applications through the program’s landing page.
I collaborated with stakeholders to define messaging goals and creative direction. I oversaw scriptwriting in partnership with internal writers and stakeholders to ensure that each video aligned with Amazon’s brand voice and resonated with military audiences. Deliverables included a primary video for the website and multiple social cutdowns under 30 seconds, each highlighting a personal story from a fellowship participant.
I managed the production budget, coordinated timelines, and led both internal video staff and freelance crew to execute the shoot. This included scheduling interviews, directing, and overseeing post-production review cycles. I maintained stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment on creative direction and final delivery.
The final campaign contributed to increased visibility for the Military Fellowship Program and served as a compelling recruiting tool across digital platforms.
