AWS Animated Explainers

As a Senior Program Manager at Amazon, I managed the Animated Explainer program. These animated explainers were created to give a high-level product overview for product launches. An animated media package was created for each tier one product launch, which would include a ninety second animation to include on the product launch page and thirty second social cut in square and vertical formats for AWS social channels.

I collaborated with the AWS design team to create Animated Explainer guidelines for our agency partners. Each agency needed to be trained on the guidelines to create consistency across the product launch deliverables. Over 200 animated explainers were delivered throughout the year.

My stakeholders included Product Marketing Managers, Web Development Team, and the Product Launch Lead. I managed the intake, budgeting, and vendor management for the program.
