AWS Global Summits
AWS Global Summits are large-scale global events that attract thousands of builders and tech enthusiasts. They offer keynotes, product announcements, and hands-on learning experiences. As a Senior Creative Program Manager, I led the end-to-end production of motion content for the Summits. This included digital signage, social assets, keynote motion graphics, and broadcast graphics, from project initiation through close-out.
I partnered cross-functionally with AWS Design, the AWS Motion team, AWS Video, and external agencies to scale creative production for global markets. I worked closely with stakeholders such as Event Marketing Managers, Keynote Leads, and the AWS Live Stream team, managing stakeholder communication to align on scope, timelines, and feedback cycles.
To drive consistency across deliverables, I led the AWS Motion team to develop event-specific motion guidelines and visual systems. These guidelines were implemented across all agencies to ensure brand continuity at scale. I built a centralized intake system to streamline requests, prioritize deliverables, and track milestones throughout the creative pipeline.
I oversaw vendor management across multiple agencies, including briefing, onboarding, and QA review cycles. I implemented quality assurance processes to ensure accurate execution of motion graphics across all screens and formats. When challenges arose, from shifting stakeholder priorities to creative misalignment, I applied conflict management strategies to keep projects on track and maintain creative integrity.
Three unique colorways were developed to visually differentiate spaces within the events:
Hero (sky blue with blue and orange peaks)
Partner (pink to orange gradient)
Executive (green and blue peaks with a black sky)
