AWS re:Inforce Social

AWS re:Inforce is an annual cloud security event that spans three days of interactive learning, keynote sessions, and hundreds of technical breakouts. To support the event, I led a social media campaign aimed at increasing awareness and driving lead generation. As Senior Program Manager, I managed the campaign from initiation through project close-out.

I collaborated cross-functionally with AWS Event Design, the AWS Motion team, the Paid Media Manager, and the Organic Social team to align creative development with marketing goals. I built and maintained detailed project timelines, managed stakeholder expectations, and ensured alignment across creative and marketing leads.

Throughout the campaign, I oversaw the end-to-end review process, including managing leadership review cycles and incorporating feedback into content revisions. I also implemented quality assurance processes to ensure all social assets met brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and platform specifications before launch.

My stakeholder management responsibilities included facilitating regular updates, setting clear milestones, and resolving blockers across teams. The campaign successfully contributed to increased event visibility and lead capture, supporting re:Inforce as a key initiative in AWS’s security marketing strategy.
