AWS re:Invent Digital Signage
AWS re:Invent is the world’s largest cloud computing conference, held annually in Las Vegas. The event features a wide range of learning sessions, keynotes, technical talks, and culminates with a music festival on the final day. As a Senior Program Manager at AWS, I led a motion design team in the development of hundreds of digital motion signage assets for the event, including high-impact keynote motion graphics.
In this role, I partnered with an external agency on the initial event design concept and communicated key deliverables to internal design, motion, and leadership teams. I built and managed the stakeholder request intake process for both internal teams and external agencies, owning end-to-end creative production and delivery of motion signage. Throughout the process, I ensured seamless communication between the agency, design teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
Additionally, I presented event and keynote content reviews to VP- and Director-level leadership, which included preparing and presenting comprehensive presentation decks for final stakeholder approval.
On-site at re:Invent, I also produced and directed content capture for the event. This included hiring and managing crew and budget, directing shoots, and overseeing production of demo videos, social content, and b-roll footage. I managed each project from initiation through post-production delivery, ensuring all content met brand and event standards.
