CMA Awards

In the lead-up to the 2018 CMA Awards in Nashville, Amazon Music launched a social media campaign to boost brand visibility and engagement by sharing real-time content with country music fans. As Senior Producer, I led the campaign from development through post-production, overseeing all creative and operational aspects of the production.

During pre-production, I facilitated kickoff meetings with Amazon Music stakeholders and the internal design team to establish the visual direction and tone for the content. I managed the production budget, coordinated equipment rentals, and led a hybrid production team. This included managing Amazon’s internal video crew and hiring local Nashville-based freelancers to support on-site filming and logistics. I also oversaw vendor management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of all production services.

Throughout production, we captured content with twenty artists including Garth Brooks, Reba McEntire, The Brothers Osborne, and Luke Bryan. I implemented an on-site editing workflow to produce and publish social-ready content during the CMA Awards, maximizing real-time engagement. Quality assurance processes were put in place to ensure all assets met brand and platform standards before going live.

Post-production included final asset delivery and performance review in coordination with internal stakeholders. The campaign helped increase visibility for Amazon Music during a major industry event and showcased the brand’s growing presence in the country music space.
